Xbox One to receive timed exclusive Battlefield 4 map pack, Second Assault

Battlefield 4 on Xbox One will receive a timed exclusive downloadable map pack called Second Assault, Electronic Arts and Dice announced during Microsoft's E3 2013 press conference.

The Battlefield 4 trailer shown during the conference featured footage of a level where the soldiers were gathering intel from a Chinese intelligence agency. The video consisted of uncut Battlefield 4 gameplay running at 60 frames per second.

Battlefield 4 is set to release on Oct. 29 on Windows PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Those who pre-order Battlefield 4 will receive the China Rising expansion pack. Consumers who pre-order the game's Origin-exclusive Digital Deluxe Edition will also get bonus in-game items and access to the Battlefield 4 multiplayer beta.
