U.K. developer Lucid Games is not working on a new Project Gotham Racing game, but a free-to-play racing title from 2K called 2K Drive, according to listings on the Dutch Apple Store.
2K Drive is available for iOS devices. Gameplay videos online show that it features a career mode, a wide variety of cars to choose from and multiplayer. The game is also available in the United Arab Emirates, according to a listing on the App Store.
In early May, Lucid Games teased a new racing title via its Facebook page, along with a "Road Opens 2013" image. Speculation at the time linked it to the reveal of Microsoft's new console, the Xbox One.
