A new trailer for Media Molecule's Tearaway shows how the PlayStation Vita's touch capabilities will function in-game.
In one example, a player uses the portable's rear touch pad to push a rolling cylinder down a hall; her finger appears in-game as though it has pushed through the paper floor of the world. In another, short taps on the touch pad bounce the player character into the air, and the front-facing touch screen is used to rotate a turntable and open objects.
Tearaway hits PS Vita this October.
