Zumba Fitness: World Party, the next installment in the popular dancing fitness franchise, is slated to hit Xbox One at launch and Xbox 360, Wii U and Wii on Oct. 15 in North America, a Majesco Entertainment representative confirmed to Polygon.
The upcoming title features over 40 new routines based on international dance styles — Bollywood, Salsa, Irish Step, among others — and a setlist featuring Lady Gaga, Daddy Yanky and Pitbull. World Party will also have a drastic change in look, with 14 real-world Zumba instructors and real-life environments from around the world.
Unlike previous entries in the series, the game has a new story mode that takes you on a tour of seven different regions, while exclusive features for Xbox One and Kinect will include an Xbox Live messaging system, in-game class locator, leaderboards, and exclusive routines.
According to Majesco, as the title is still in development developer Zoe Mode could still add Xbox One-specific features such as a heartbeat monitor to the title as well; however, this will require further experimentation with the system.
