The expanded version of Bossa Studios' physics-based surgical game jam project, Surgeon Simulator 2013, will soon support the Oculus Rift and the Razer Hydra, the developer announced.
Players must use surgical tools to perform operations on a patient. The original title, developed at the 2013 Global Game Jam in January, only featured a single operation where the player had to perform a heart transplant. The full game features an ambulance mode, more operations such as heart and double kidney transplants and Easter eggs.
Surgeon Simulator 2013 will be playable with the hardware during this year's Rezzed Show at the NEC in Birmingham on June 22 and 23, 2013. Check out the trailer here for look at the title. The game launched in April for $9.99 in the U.S., £6.99 in the U.K. and €9.99 in the rest of Europe on Windows PC, Mac and Linux via Steam.
