Disney Infinity includes a level creation suite called the Toy Box, and a new trailer shows off what publisher Disney Interactive calls the "wide-open world of possibilities" within.
The LittleBigPlanet-esque Toy Box mode will allow players to mix and match items, buildings, themes and characters from a wide variety of Disney brands — note that the trailer ends with Toy Story's Buzz Lightyear standing at the mouth of Aladdin's Cave of Wonders. Race tracks are a particular focus in the Toy Box, a choice Disney Interactive highlighted in a previous trailer.
Disney Infinity, developed by Avalanche Software, is set for release Aug. 18 on Windows PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U, Wii and Nintendo 3DS. Check out our preview on the Toy Box mode for more details.
