Broforce gameplay trailer is an explosion of pixelated 80s action and bromance

Free Lives Games shared a new gameplay trailer for its side-scrolling action platformer Broforce this week, highlighting the game's dedication to bombastic weapons, big explosions, 80s action film sensibilities and the true meaning of bromance.

The trailer, posted above, follows protagonists the Brominator, Indiana Brones, Robrocop and Rambro (among other famous action heroes with "bro" swapped into their names) in their relentless battle against a terrorist threat. Everything can be killed and enemy strongholds are fully destructible, making for some truly gnarly explosions.

A prototype version of Broforce is available for free via Free Lives' website, and the game is currently seeking approval via Steam Greenlight. The final version is slated to launch later this year.
