Daylight brings psychological horror to PC and PS4 in early 2014

Psychological horror game Daylight will launch as a downloadable title for PC and as a console exclusive for PlayStation 4 in Q1 2014, publisher Atlus announced today.

The game will make use of a number of the PS4's technical features, including gameplay sharing, RealD 3D support and the ability to capture moments using the console's integrated PlayStation Eye to share online. As was previously announced, Daylight will be powered by Unreal Engine 4.

The upcoming title, written by IGN veteran Jessica Chobot, features no weapons and no way to fight back as players can only run to save their lives. In Daylight, players will take on the role of a woman who wakes up in the middle of the night to find herself in the heart of an abandoned insane asylum with no memory of how she got there.
