Puzzle & Dragons, Clash of Clans and Hay Day crossover brings in-game features to each game

GungHo Entertainment and Supercell have teamed up to bring in-game crossover features to Puzzle & Dragons, Clash of Clans and Hay Day beginning June 24, the companies announced today in a joint press release.

The two-week promotion will bring a Clash of Clans-themed dungeon filled with "exclusive monsters" to GungHo's Puzzle & Dragons, a puzzle game/dungeon crawling/monster-collecting mashup. Supercell's strategy game Clash of Clans and its farm sim Hay Day will both receive "extensive cross-promotions for Puzzle & Dragons," though no further details were offered.

"We are very honored to work with GungHo and learn from the masters of free-to-play gaming," said Ilkka Paananen, Supercell's CEO. "The more time we spend with GungHo, the more we realize how remarkably similar our two companies are. We are deeply committed to helping each other expand into new markets and equally committed to having an incredible amount of fun working together."

Puzzle & Dragons is available free in the iOS App Store and on Google Play. Both Clash of Clans and Hay Day are also available as universal apps free in the iOS App Store.
