Those old enough to remember Nintendo's peripheral of yesteryear, the Power Glove, will be happy to learn that a documentary is in the works about the making of the unsuccessful product.
The Power of the Glove will feature interviews with engineers who worked on the wearable controller, along with testimonials from insiders from the toy industry.
The Power Glove originally saw a release in 1989, paving the way for future peripheral interface controllers that would allow players to recreate hand movements on a screen. With only two games released designed for specific use with the Power Glove, the wearable controller became a commercial and critical failure.
