New, 9 comments

The original Crazy Taxi is now available on Google Play for Android-operated devices for $4.99, Sega announced on its official blog today.

Crazy Taxi features 16 mini games and players can choose three, five and ten minute gameplay stretches in Arcade and Original modes. It also features original music by The Offspring and Bad Religion and offers gamers the functionality to listen to tracks from their own playlist.

Once purchased, gamers can play the game across more than one device. Crazy Taxi includes touch and tilt control modes and supports HID controllers, such as Power A Moga and Xbox. Crazy Taxi originally launched in 1999 for arcades and was published on the Sega Dreamcast in 2000. The title has been ported to Nintendo GameCube, PlayStation 2, PC and released on the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade. Crazy Taxi saw a release on iOS in October and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch devices.
