J’onn J’onzz, better known as Martian Manhunter, will be added to the roster of DC superheroes featured in Injustice: Gods Among Us, developer NetherRealm confirmed at Evo 2013 today. The frequently requested Martian Manhunter will arrive as Injustice’s fifth downloadable character, following Lobo, Batgirl, General Zod and Scorpion.

Joining Martian Manhunter will be John Stewart — or at least a new skin for the Green Lantern — who appears in the forthcoming DLC’s first gameplay trailer. The trailer ends with what appears to be an alternate look for the shapeshifting Martian Manhunter, hewing closer to the alien’s original anatomical makeup.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii U.
