Assassin's Creed: Brahman comic book introduces Indian hero Arbaaz Mir

Ubisoft will publish a new Assassin's Creed comic book — starring an all-new assassin — that promises a peek into the future of the video game series after Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, writer Brenden Fletcher announced at San Diego Comic-Con today.

The comic, titled Assassin's Creed: Brahman, takes place in 19th century India under British colonial rule. Fletcher will write the book, with artists Cameron Stewart and Karl Kerschl providing the art. The same creative team is responsible for Assassin's Creed: The Fall and Assassin's Creed: The Chain comic books.

Assassin's Creed: Brahman is due for release this fall, around the same time Assassin's Creed 4 comes to console and PC.
