A new initiative from charitable storefront Gaming for Good is offering games in exchange for donations to the Save the Children charity, following the donation of game keys from dozens of developers in support of the cause.
Gaming for Good charity offering download keys for donations

Gaming for Good is a project started by AtheneLive, a gaming community launched by the popular streamer Athene. Athene, whose actual name is Bachir Boumaaza, previously raised $1 million last year for the charity.
“Donations go to save the children’s PayPal. We don’t take one cent. Props to all the devs and publishers who are crazy enough to support, cause they don’t either,” reads a message from the official Gaming for Good website.
Gaming for Good will feature titles such as To the Moon, Space Pirates and Zombies, Alan Wake: American Nightmare and War of the Roses. All games will be available for purchase through points earned via donations.
