Prince of Persia: The Shadow and the Flame, a mobile remake of the 1993 sequel to the original Prince of Persia, is headed to iOS and Android devices July 25, Ubisoft announced today.

The $2.99 mobile adaptation takes place 11 days after the conclusion of the original Prince of Persia, and the remake will include both gesture-based and virtual joystick controls over 14 levels. Prince of Persia: The Shadow and the Flame will also ship with GameCenter leaderboards on iOS, “brand-new visuals” created for its mobile rebirth and a new combat system that arms players with a new combo system and pits them against multiple enemies.
