Square Enix has released a new trailer for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 that investigates the game's story.
Called "The Divine Task," the trailer shows how Lightning is given the job of saving the world from forces of chaos. "One day, the light touched me," she says. "It was God speaking to me. He told me what I had to do."
Earlier this week, the publisher released details of various pre-order incentives based on Lightning's clothing. Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 is a third-person action RPG set for launch in North America, Europe and Australia in February 2014, following a late 2013 Japanese launch. The game will be released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
