A new Disney Infinity trailer shows how combat will work in the free-form Toy Box mode.
Characters can equip different weapons and gadgets, or learn extra powers they don't demonstrate in their original movie or TV series. In the trailer, Jack Skellington and a guard from Aladdin duel with swords, while Syndrome from The Incredibles uses psychic powers to attack Captain Jack Sparrow with Mr. Incredible's son.
Disney Infinity hits Wii, Wii U, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC on August 18.
