RobotLovesKitty's rogue-like dungeon crawler Legend of Dungeon is in beta, the developer announced on its blog today.
The beta features local and online scoreboard, fixes, new NPCs, weapons and a "baby gerbil throwing gerbil hats." New weapons include flamethrower, bazooka, fire sword and more, while Blobs and the Eye weapons were nerfed. Additional fixes introduced through the beta are adjustments made to Merchant death text, jumping off secret door block fix and the Random Spawn book is now more dangerous to use.
"It's come a long way since our Kickstarter demo, where there were only a handful of monsters and weapons, crates didn't break, and there was nothing like switches and secret doors, charging your weapon, NPC's, effects from monsters, and so much more," the update reads.
Legend of Dungeon, which you can see in action in the video below, graduated from Steam Greenlight in April. The game is expected to launch on Windows PC, Mac and Linux this summer.
