Mighty Switch Force 2 is in development for Wii U, developer WayForward Technologies confirmed to Nintendo Everything.
Mighty Switch Force 2 in development for Wii U

A representative from the developer didn’t say when the puzzle platformer, which was released in the Nintendo 3DS eShop earlier this year, would make the transition to Nintendo’s console and characterized it as “kind of a backburner project right now.”
Inklings of a console release surfaced in June when the European video game rating agency PEGI listed a Wii U version. Series protagonist Patricia Wagon also appeared on the 3DS eShop in Dec. 2011 in the original Mighty Switch Force. A Wii U version called Mighty Switch Force Hyper Drive Edition was released in Nov. 2012.
