Call of Duty: Ghosts devs reveal the game's three pillars and mobile game

Call of Duty: Ghosts' developers revealed the three pillars on which the game was built at the event in which the upcoming first-person shooter's multiplayer made its debut.

With character customization, the first pillar, players can outfit and customize their characters with more than 20,000 possible combinations to the body type, weapons and gear. The game will also allow players to play as a female soldier for the first.

The second pillar focuses on the game world, including "dynamic map events" in which the multiplayer world "literally shifts beneath your feet."

The third pillar is about taking Call of Duty everywhere. Players will get to carry their Call of Duty stats from current-gen to next-gen consoles, including profile, accomplishments and prestige status. There will also be a new mobile app with new features built for the ground up for Ghosts and built upon the legacy of Call of Duty Elite's mobile app.

Call of Duty: Ghosts will include seven new game modes, more than 20 new kill streaks, more perks, a new mobile meta game called Clan Wars, a new weapon class and more.

Call of Duty: Ghosts is set for a Nov. 5 release. It's coming to PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U and Windows PC.
