Call of Duty: Ghosts’ downloadable content will transfer to next-gen consoles for those who buy the game’s Season Pass, developers announced today.
Call of Duty: Ghosts DLC transfers to next-gen with Season Pass

Downloadable content purchased with a Season Pass, which entitles players to the game’s four planned map packs, will carry over to a next-gen console if its purchaser upgrades Call of Duty: Ghosts within the same console family. For example, buying Call of Duty: Ghosts and its Season Pass on PlayStation 3 means that the DLC will be available for PlayStation 4.
Earlier this month, GameStop revealed a program that will offer $50 trade-in credit for Xbox 360 games when PowerUp Rewards members upgrade to the Xbox One versions. Eligible games include Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag, Battlefield 4, Call of Duty: Ghosts, FIFA 14 and Madden NFL 25.
Developer Infinity Ward also announced that the Team Leader Digital Pack, which includes a character from the campaign who you can see above, will be available to those who order the Season Pass.
Call of Duty: Ghosts is set for a Nov. 5 release. It’s coming to PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U and Windows PC.
