Boston Festival of Indie Games narrative panel to feature industry vets

Boston Festival of Indie Games' featured panel on narration, "Boston: The Cradle of Narrative Games," will feature four industry veterans and be moderated by narrative game designer Matthew Weise.

Attendees can expect to hear from Terri Brosius, who helped write titles such as Dishonored and Thief; Austin Grossman, novelist and game designer for System Shock, Deus Ex and Epic Mickey; Infocom founder and co-author of Zork, Dave Lebling; and writer of Infocom's text adventures Wishbringer, Trinity and Beyond Zork, Brian Moriarty. The panel begins at 6:30 p.m. ET and will take place in the festival's main theater.

Boston Festival of Indie Games kicks off Sept. 14 and is free and open to the public. Journey executive producer and Funomena co-founder Robin Hunicke will deliver the event's keynote speech.
