Capcom is releasing ports of three Super Nintendo Street Fighter games on the Wii U Virtual Console this week in North America and Europe, the publisher announced today.

The games in question are Street Fighter 2, which was released on SNES in 1992; Street Fighter 2 Turbo, which came out on SNES in 1993; and Super Street Fighter 2, which launched on SNES in 1994. All three are already available on the Wii Virtual Console, but the Wii U Virtual Console versions will include Miiverse support.

Each game will cost $7.99, although different discounts are available in North America and Europe. North American customers who pick up any of the three games will get a 50 percent discount on either of the other two. European residents who buy two of the games will get the third for free. As usual, users who already own any of the Wii Virtual Console versions will be able to upgrade to the Wii U Virtual Console versions for $1.50.
