PixelJunk Monsters Ultimate, an upgraded version of Q-Games' PixelJunk Monsters on PlayStation Network, is headed to Steam on Aug. 26 with discounted pre-orders available now until launch.
Over on Steam you can purchase the game early at 15 percent off for $17, or alternatively get 15 percent off of a two-pack for $29.75. The steam version of PixelJunk Monsters Ultimate includes Big Picture Mode, single player, local and online co-op, leaderboards, alongside 20 new achievements and Steam Trading Cards and Badges.
This follows the June announcement of a collaboration between Q-Games and LittleBigPlanet PS Vita developer Double Eleven. Late last month, Double Eleven ported PixelJunk Monsters: Ultimate HD to PS Vita. The company is currently listed as publisher of the Steam version of the game.
