EA employees have banded together to raise $18,000 in the fight against AIDS. Two weeks ago, more than 80 EA employees participated in the 2013 AIDS Walk San Francisco. The company matched donations, and is still accepting help.
"The AIDS Walk is very important to me and very personal," said Mark Mays, who works on EA's accounting team. "I lost my first partner to AIDS 20 years ago. I love the fact that EA turns out for these events and matches all our contributions and is a great support."
The AIDS Walk is a six mile fundraising hike in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park, which has been held every year since 1982.
