Retired professional boxer Mike Tyson has beaten Glass Joe from Nintendo's classic boxing arcade game Punch-Out!!, according to his Twitter account.
Playing the game in a Fox Sports green room, Tyson tweeted that he beat Glass Joe for the first time. Last month, Tyson revealed in an interview with TMZ that he couldn't beat the video game character — the first opponent players go up against and the weakest character in the title — when asked if he has ever beaten a game.
At the time, Tyson said that he was "a late bloomer" when it came to playing games, saying he started playing the medium around 2006 or 2007. He is a fan of "Tour of Duty" and games featuring zombies.
