EA Sports UFC publisher Electronic Arts debuted gameplay footage of the fighting title at the company's Gamescom 2013 press briefing yesterday, and that segment of the show is now available online.
In it, you can see EA Sports executive vice president Andrew Wilson introduce EA Sports UFC creative director Brian Hayes, who presented some pre-alpha footage of a bout between Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson.
"Now, we're about nine months from hitting the shelves, so, early days," Hayes noted before showing the clip. He provided commentary on the footage, pointing out the ways in which developer EA Canada is attempting to make the fighters show emotion on their faces and the effects of the fight on their bodies. EA Sports UFC will be released next spring on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
