EA details NBA Live 14 career mode, Rising Star

NBA Live 14's career mode is called Rising Star, and it will allow users to build the type of player they want over a career of up to 25 years, developer EA Canada announced yesterday.

Rising Star begins with the EA Sports Draft Showcase, which takes place on the Under Armour-sponsored court seen above. If you perform well in the Draft Showcase, you'll give yourself a better chance of being drafted higher. From there, you'll earn Rising Star Points with which you can customize your created athlete's play style and take him from benchwarmer to All-Star.
