CCP is launching a large-scale update for Dust 514 on Sept. 3, creative director Atli Mar told Polygon today.
Update 1.4, the third monthly update for the game, will introduce a number of accessibility-oriented updates that fix issues relating to game performance, syncing issues, along with offering improvements to controller and mouse performance and introducing a hub dedicated to aggregating player information. You can also expect the introduction of corporation tax to the game, something the studio previously confirmed on its blog.
"There aren't a lot of MMOs on consoles so we're really trying to emphasise the need to create regular monthly updates on PlayStation 3," said Mar. The studio has so far stuck to this plan, offering a new update to the game every month since launch. "Sony has been really helpful with that."
