Pokemon Black, White and sequels undergoing extended network maintenance today

Starting today Pokemon Black and White, along with its sequels Pokemon Black and White 2, will be undergoing extended network maintenance on Nintendo DS, GoNintendo reports.

Maintenance is slated to be taking place from 12 a.m. PST to 6 p.m. PST today, although these are approximations. Nintendo hasn't specified what exactly is being maintained; however, it regularly performs scheduled maintenance on its network.

Nintendo DS users should expect their C-Gear to be difficult to access during this time.
