Zelda: Wind Waker HD download launching early, hits Wii U Sept. 20

The downloadable version of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD will beat its retail counterpart to the Wii U, Nintendo announced today, launching Sept. 20 on the console's eShop.

It was announced earlier this week that the retail version of Wind Waker HD will hit North American retailers on Oct. 4; in a press release today, Nintendo announced that interested players can grab the game off the eShop a full two weeks early. Both versions of the title will carry a $49.99 price tag.
