Expansion to Magic 2014 - Duels of the Planeswalkers hits Sept. 18

Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers 2014 will receive its first expansion starting Sept. 18, publisher Wizards of the Coast announced today.

The expansion will bring to Magic 2014 five new decks with a total of 280 cards; six additional campaign levels, including the planes of Ravnica and Kamigawa; five new challenges; and unlockable items like persona trophies. It will be available on Windows PC (screenshots above), PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade, iOS and Android; launch timing will vary by platform and region.

Magic 2014 was originally released in June. Magic: The Gathering fans can check out the expansion at PAX Prime this weekend in the Magic booth, #1642.
