In homage to the original Donkey Kong arcade title, YouTube user guizdp created a stop-motion version of several levels on his apartment floor.
The video features a handmade Mario as he makes his way past Donkey Kong's barrels and other obstacles. You can watch it above to see Mario breeze through three levels and rescue his original lady love, Pauline.
Donkey Kong is the latest classic gaming character to get the stop-motion treatment. Other animators and gaming enthusiasts have recreated the adventures of Mario and Ms. Pac-Man in beads and Post-it notes.
