Superfrog HD out this week on PSN

Retro remake Superfrog HD is available on the PlayStation Network this week for PS Vita and PlayStation 3 consoles.

The game was first announced in February by developer Team17, roughly two decades after the original release of Superfrog in 1993 on the Amiga. The HD release is getting a graphical overhaul, and will feature cross buy and cross play capabilities between PS3 and PS Vita versions.

This will be the first PlayStation release for the game. Superfrog was ported to Windows PC in 1994 and the Amiga version was ported to Windows PC in 1999. The last Superfrog release was on Good Old Games for Windows PC last year.
