A new trailer for Level 5's adventure game Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney shows the legendary puzzle-solver and renowned defense attorney teaming up.
Both Layton and Wright are sucked into a mysterious magical tome alongside their respective sidekicks Luke and Maya Fey, where they meet a young woman accused of witchcraft. Phoenix Wright takes to court to defend her, while Layton tries to solve the mystery of Labyrinth City.
The game features two modes of gameplay for its respective heroes: Professor Layton-style puzzle solving, and Ace Attorney-esque courtroom drama.
Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney hits Nintendo 3DS sometime in 2014.
