Final Fantasy 14: Libra Eorzea, the official smartphone companion app for Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn, is available for free for iOS devices and will eventually become available for Android devices, Square Enix announced today.
The app includes a comprehensive database of the game that can be accessed offline, as well as a character profile viewer that gives information on gear and attributes. Additional features will be introduced in the future, while in the meantime the studio develops the Android-based companion app.
Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn launched worldwide on Aug. 27 for PlayStation 3 and Windows PC. Following the game's rocky launch, European consumers who purchased the game through the PlayStation Network last week will receive full refunds.
