The Boston Festival of Indie Games will feature 10 talks from industry personalities such as Supergiant Games audio director Darren Korb, Epic Games lead level designer Jim Brown and Boston Corona SDK Ambassador Jen Looper, organizers announced today.
The DevTalks track is intended to educate game developers "at all levels" and will be free for festival attendees. In addition to advice on composing, mobile titles and game startups, talks will also include insight on tools for Windows 8, intellectual property laws and more. You can check out the full schedule, which includes presentations from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET, at the event's official website.
The Boston Festival of Indie Games will take place Sept. 14 at the MIT campus in Cambridge. In addition to developer talks, the event will also feature a concert called Boston Plays Indies at 8 p.m. ET.
