Namco Bandai’s free-to-play racing game, Ridge Racer Driftopia, has entered Early Access on Steam.
Ridge Racer Driftopia races into Early Access
Developed by Finland-based Bugbear Entertainment, Ridge Racer Driftopia will feature career mode, asynchronous multiplayer, 10 tracks and more than  20 cars at  launch. Gamers can spend money to expand their car collections, obtain repair kits and purchase packs of booster cards, which offer special abilities, such as drift power increases.
Ridge Racer Driftopia entered closed beta on PlayStation 3 in August. The game was announced in April and will launch in full later this year on PlayStation 3 and Windows PC via Valve’s distribution platform.
