Infinity Blade 3, the upcoming installment in Chair’s mobile hack-and-slash RPG, will feature an animated cinematic opening wrapping up the series so far, which was released today by the developer.

The intro video, posted above, features the artwork of Axis Animation and director Ben Hibon, whose work includes “The Tale of the Three Brothers,” an animated sequence in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1. It also features voiceover work from John Noble, whose long list of credits includes the Lord of the Rings trilogy, in which he played the mad steward of Gondor.
The video is titled Infinity Blade: Origins, and appropriately covers the familial battles of the story so far. Watch it above as you prepare for the final installment in the Infinity Blade trilogy, which launches next week on iOS.
