Major League Gaming's upcoming championship in Columbus, Ohio, will feature a Dota 2 tournament with $50,000 in prizes, the organization announced today.
The three-day eSports tournament will be held Nov. 22-24 and feature teams like the Alliance, Evil Geniuses, Fnatic, Na'vi and Team Liquid. The first place winners will receive $25,000 after defeating the competition in a single-elimination championship bracket.
Those interested in spectating can purchase a pass to watch the event live or online. A $250 VIP Pass will net purchasers early admission, access to a priority check-in line and more. General Admission Passes are available for $35 in advance or $50 at the door. MLG also secured special rates for several area hotels, where attendees can stay during the event.
