Rockstar Games is currently working to fix issues with the Grand Theft Auto 5 Social Club and companion app iFruit following reports of loading and syncing problems, according to a post on the developer's support website.
Issues with Social Club include the inability to link accounts and properly sync game stats, as well as content not loading correctly on the game's Support Site and the in-game Snapmatic feature. Rockstar wrote that is it aware of these problems and is currently working to solve them.
"We are aware of these issues with Social Club or related networking hardware/services and have been working to resolve them as quickly as possible," reads the post.
The iFruit app, which launched earlier this week ahead of the main game and lets players create customized license plates and train their dog Chop, has also been plagued with reports of login errors and content not loading. In some instances the app appears to reset its data. Rockstar is aware of these problems as well and is in the process of rectifying them.
"Rest assured that we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible," the post reads.
Grand Theft Auto 5 players can opt into automatic email updates on the status of these features by logging into the Support Site and clicking "subscribe" at the top of the page.
