Black Forest Games' side-scrolling platformer Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams will launch on the Wii U eShop in the U.S., Brazil and Mexico for $14.99 on Sept. 5.
The Wii U version features a new easy mode joining the "Hardcore" and "Uberhardercore" modes. The Nintendo console version allows users to play the full game on the hardware's GamePad. The game was released on the Wii U eShop in Australia and Europe Aug. 22.
Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams launched on Windows PC in October via Valve's distribution service. The Windows PC version is set to receive an expansion pack soon consisting of seven new levels, a new owl boss and 19 achievements for $4.99. The Kickstarted game launched on on Xbox Live Arcade in March and PlayStation Network in April.
Black Forest Games announced in May that it is developing a cooperative "fuel fantasy" game called Ravensdale. The game will feature a strong emphasis on cooperative gameplay set in a "vision of a medieval oil rig city with crazy, over-the-top machinery."
