Jasper Byrne's survival horror game, Lone Survivor: The Director's Cut, will be available for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita Sept. 24, Curve Studios marketing manager Rob Clarke announced via the PlayStation Blog.
In Lone Survivor, which originally launched for Windows PC, players explore an apartment complex filled with violent monsters. Hiding, conserving supplies and taking out enemies are all part of surviving the game's pixelated world. The PlayStation Vita version of the game will feature touch support and an improved lighting system. Both PlayStation ports will also include new items, endings and locations.
Lone Survivor: The Director's Cut was originally slated to launch for PlayStation 3 and PS Vita in July. The game will be available as a cross-buy and cross-save title.
