Company of Heroes gets first Theater of War DLC, 'Case Blue'

Company of Heroes 2 developer Relic Entertainment is releasing the game's first Theater of War add-on, a minipack called "Case Blue," via Steam today.

"Case Blue" contains both single-player and co-op content, all based on a real-life German campaign from the Eastern Front of World War II in the summer of 1942. The DLC includes two solo challenges, two AI battles and one co-op scenario. Relic is also releasing a title update for Company of Heroes 2 today with two free multiplayer maps.

The $9.99 add-on will be available on Steam at 1 p.m. ET, and interested parties can pre-order it for the next three hours at a 10 percent discount, $8.99. "Case Blue" came with Company of Heroes 2's Digital Collector's Edition and Pre-Order Edition, so owners of those versions of the game don't have to buy it — they'll be able to download it when it goes live.
