Rockstar updates GTA 5 iFruit app to fix connectivity issues

Rockstar's iFruit app, the mobile companion to Grand Theft Auto 5, has been updated to version 2.0 on iOS to address connectivity issues, the company said Tuesday on Twitter.

Some users were reporting that they could not log in to the app, and that it was failing to save or sync progress. The iFruit app allows Grand Theft Auto 5 players to train Franklin's dog, Chop, through the Chop the Dog app, and create custom license plate for the cars they own with the Los Santos Customs app.

Rockstar is still working on bringing iFruit to Android, Windows Phone, PlayStation Mobile and PlayStation Vita. Any currently available Android versions of iFruit are fake apps.
