Shadow of the Colossus, Hotline Miami free on PS Plus in Oct.

PlayStation Plus subscribers in North America will get free access to five games next month as part of their membership, including two big highlights: Team Ico's epic adventure game Shadow of the Colossus HD for PlayStation 3 and Dennaton Games' gory top-down action-shooter Hotline Miami for PS3 and PS Vita.

During the month of October, Sony's Instant Game Collection will also offer Telltale Games' Poker Night 2 for PS3, side-scrolling shoot 'em up Sine Mora for PS3 and action-RPG Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning for PS3. (In November, if you really liked Kingdoms of Amalur, you could also pick up the sequel rights.)

The roll out of that quintet of PlayStation titles hasn't been announced, so keep an eye out for release dates for each.
