Developer Matt Gilgenbach's Kickstarter campaign for Neverending Nightmares surpassed its funding goal of $99,000 with only hours to spare.
Neverending Nightmares is a psychological horror game based on Gilgenbach's battle with depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder. As players explore the game's stark world, they must avoid confrontation. At the time of this posting, the campaign has raised more than $100,000. Funding ends at 10 p.m. ET today.
The game will first launch for Ouya in 2014. After its exclusivity deal with Ouya's Free the Games Fund is over, it will be available for Windows PC, Mac and Linux.
