Square Enix announced a card-based role-paying game called Deadman's Cross for Android and iOS today, according to a press release from the company.
The free-to-play game is being developed by the same team that created the RPG/card game hybrid Guardian Cross and is headed to mobile and tablet devices this winter, according to the game's official English language website. Unlike Guardian Cross, which has a top-down perspective, in Deadman's Cross, players will hunt for and collect cards in a 3D world.
Square Enix will have more on the game at the Tokyo Game Show later this month.
