Xbox Live Gold subscribers can download a copy of Halo 3 for free starting Oct. 16, Microsoft announced today. The Bungie-developed shooter is one of two games being given away next month as part of Xbox's "Games with Gold" promotion.
Halo 3 will be preceded by Capy Games' Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes for Xbox 360, which will be free to download for Gold subscribers from Oct. 1 - 15. Both titles are normally priced at $14.99.
Today is the last day Xbox Live Gold subscribers can download a free copy of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas.
