ZeniMax Media files Soulburst trademark for computer games

ZeniMax Media recently filed two trademarks for Soulburst with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), according to filings on the USPTO's website.

One of the two trademarks, both filed on Sept. 2, is slated to be used for "Computer game software for use with computers and video game consoles; downloadable computer game software offered via the internet and wireless devices; computer game software for use with on-line interactive games."

The second trademark is classed for "Entertainment services, namely, providing on-line interactive computer games; entertainment services, namely, providing information relating to electronic computer games via the Internet."

As Siliconera points out, the trademarks may possibly relate to downloadable content as the company has previously filed for Bethesda's The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim DLC packs, Dawnguard and Hearthfire.

No further details were available for Soulburst.
